Position: Project & Service Manager (Technical Operations)
Location: Ahmedabad (Travel Required)
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Role Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled Project & Service Manager responsible for supervising installation servicing and maintenance operations. The candidate will manage technicians coordinate projects and ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise installation and commissioning of equipment.
Inspect installations and ensure quality standards are met.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot major technical breakdowns.
Coordinate with sales team for project execution.
Train technicians and subcontractors on safety and procedures.
Prepare maintenance and performance reports.
Provide operational training and handover to clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Engineering in Electrical/Mechanical or related field.
Experience in supervising service or installation teams.
Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
