Responsibilities

Architect and develop scalable full-stack applications from design to deployment.

Lead technical design discussions and define best practices for full-stack development.

Guide and mentor junior developersreviewingcode for quality and scalability.

Build secure high-performance APIs and integrate with modern front-end frameworks.

Collaborate with stakeholders architects and designers to align technical solutions with business goals.

Implement CI/CD pipelines containerization and cloud deployment strategies.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Expertise in at least one backend stack: Python/Django/Flask or Java/Spring Boot.

Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks ( Angular ).

Proficiency with databases (SQL & NoSQL: PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis).

Experience with microservices architecture and API design (REST &GraphQL).

Strong debugging performance tuning and security expertise.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).

Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of event-driven systems and streaming technologies (Kafka RabbitMQ).

Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform Ansible).

Exposure to big data tools (Spark Hadoop) or real-time processing.

Understanding ofsystem design and architecture patterns.

Leadership experience in driving full-stack engineering teams.
