Job Description

• 
  The project focuses on integrating data from various data sources into centralized SQL databases The data is first gathered from multiple sources followed by a thorough cleaning process to ensure it is accurate and consistent and then Business logic is applied This organized data is then used to generate reports offering valuable insights that support analysis and informed decision making
  The SQL Data Engineer will be responsible for the implementation configuration maintenance and performance of critical SQL Server Agent Jobs to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications This is a hands-on position requiring solid technical skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Monitor SQL Agent Jobs Oversee the execution and performance of SQL Server Agent jobs ensuring timely and efficient completion of jobs including TSQL scripts and SSIS packages
Issue Resolution with Data Providers Connect with internal and external data providers to identify troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data feeds and integration
Data Integration and Query Execution Utilize SQL knowledge to run complex queries for merging data from two different providers into a single unified data set ensuring data consistency and accuracy
Client Communication Regularly interact with clients to understand their concerns provide updates and ensure the resolution of data related issues in a timely manner
Database Development Create modify and optimize SQL Server databases views stored procedures and functions to meet project requirements and enhance performance
Debugging Optimization Proactively troubleshoot and debug SQL related issues identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve the efficiency of queries and database operations

Skills and Qualifications

5 years of SQL Server Development relevant experience
3 - 5 years of SQL Server Administration experience
4 years of ETL experience
4 years of SQL performance tuning experience
Experience with Agile development practices terminology
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and data providers
Understanding of common real estate terminology is a plus
