Job Summary
As an Application Designer you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring that the applications are designed to be user-friendly and efficient. You will also engage in discussions with team members to refine designs and address any challenges that arise during the development process ensuring that the final product aligns with the intended goals and user expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with database management systems and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
