- Position: Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist
- Location: Willits Clinic Basalt Colorado
- Facility: Valley View Hospital Western Colorados premiere healthcare facility
- Reason for Opening: Increase in patient volume; goal to reduce wait times
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients with a variety of diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Focus on improving patients strength range of motion (ROM) balance safety and overall function
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Work Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week (weekdays specific days vary)
- Housing Opportunity:
- Newly remodeled fully furnished studio and 1-bedroom apartments available block from hospital (for travelers based on availability)
- Includes Wi-Fi utilities on-site laundry; no deposit; move-in ready
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or compact eligibility
- Minimum 2 years PT experience (3 5 years preferred)
- BLS certification through American Heart Association
- Flu vaccine (no exemptions)
