Job Summary

Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Location: Atlanta GA

Job Type: Hybrid (The candidate first day is onsite and onsite on demand basis)

Contract: 5 Months with extension for long term

Note: W2 and C2C candidates both can apply

Preference will be for local candidates

Prefernce will be given to candidates who do not require sponsorship to work in future as this role will be a long term extension.

Must Have:

ServiceNow platform expertise (development configuration integration).
JavaScript and scripting knowledge.
API integration (REST/SOAP web services).
ITSM and ITOM process optimization.
ITSM CSM HAM experience
Agile/Scrum project delivery.
Technical documentation and system design.
Troubleshooting and analytical thinking.

Job Summary:

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and optimizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management and operational workflows. Collaborating closely with stake holders you will translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation in the organizations use of ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes including workflows and automation.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM(IT Service Management) CSM(Customer service management also called PSDS) HAM (Hardware asset management).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
