Job Summary

Must Have Experience:

Program Manager who has built Green Field SIEM from scratch
Experience with Cybersecurity & SIEM (Security information & Event Management)
Program Manager who can drive the program and communicate to Leadership effectively managing expectations
Experience managing task & assignments
Ideally someone coming from Managed Service or Professional services environment
Experience with Data Lake Data Engineering Cloud Base

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end program execution for SIEM modernization.
Manage cross-functional teams.
Oversee project planning and risk management.
Collaborate with cybersecurity data engineering and software development teams.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in Cybersecurity with a focus on SIEM platforms.
Understands Data Engineering concepts and workflows.
Ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Software Engineering or DevOps practices.
Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
