Job Description

Senior JAMF & MAC L3 Engineer

JAMF Pro Administration

o Configure deploy and maintain JAMF Pro infrastructure for macOS and iOS devices.

o Manage policies configuration profiles scripts and packages.

o Maintain device inventory and ensure accurate asset tracking.

Enterprise Integration

o Integrate JAMF with enterprise systems such as Active Directory MDM and security tools.

o Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and certificate-based authentication.

Security & Compliance

o Implement security baselines and compliance standards (CIS benchmarks encryption etc.).

o Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities on Apple endpoints.

Automation & Scripting

o Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash Python or AppleScript.

o Streamline workflows for software deployment and patch management.

Troubleshooting & Support

o Provide Tier 3 support for Apple device issues.

o Collaborate with Service Desk and Infrastructure teams for escalations.

Documentation & Reporting

o Maintain detailed documentation of configurations processes and policies.

o Generate reports on compliance inventory and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

o 5 years of experience in Apple device management in an enterprise environment.

o Advanced knowledge of JAMF Pro and related Apple technologies.

o Strong scripting skills (Bash Python AppleScript).

o Familiarity with macOS iOS and Apple ecosystem best practices.

Enterprise Experience

o Experience integrating JAMF with enterprise systems (AD LDAP PKI etc.).

o Understanding of networking concepts (VPN DNS DHCP).

Security & Compliance

o Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (CIS NIST).

o Experience with encryption certificates and secure configurations.

Preferred Qualifications

JAMF 300 or 400 Certification.

Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise service management tools.
