Job Summary
Role: ServiceNow Program Manager
Location: Santa Clara CA (Onsite)
- 10 years of experience in program/project management including 5 years managing large-scale IT programs.
- Proven experience in customer support systems and operations (e.g. Zendesk Salesforce Service Cloud custom support portals or internal ticketing systems).
- Deep familiarity with SAFe Agile including Agile Release Trains (ARTs) PI Planning and Lean Portfolio Management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs involving 5 10 Agile teams across geographies and business units.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management executive reporting and change management.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced highly matrixed SaaS environment.
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist certification.
- Experience with tools such as Jira Confluence Aha! Smartsheet and Miro.
- Background in enterprise SaaS product delivery.
