Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer/Sr. Site Engineer with proven experience in
the Windows Doors or Facade industry to oversee and manage the execution of multiple on-site
construction and installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day
site activities coordinating with contractors and vendors ensuring adherence to design
specifications maintaining timelines and upholding quality and safety standards from project
initiation to completion.
This role demands excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on
operational efficiency and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Oversee the entire lifecycle of site activities from site preparation to final installation and
handover.
Ensure timely execution of works as per the approved plans design specifications and
client requirements.
Coordinate with architects consultants contractors vendors and internal teams for smooth
project flow.
Monitor progress quality standards and adherence to schedule raising flags when needed.
Site Management
Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors vendors and site labor to ensure
productivity and quality.
Maintain site cleanliness safety and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Ensure all materials used and workmanship aligns with approved specifications and quality
benchmarks.
Conduct daily site inspections and prepare reports for progress quality and deviations (if
any).
Installation Supervision
Manage the installation and fitting of products such as doors windows and façade systems.
Provide hands-on support and guidance to teams on technical details and best practices.
Handle measurements alignments and adjustments on-site in coordination with drawings
and client feedback.

Design & Documentation Interpret and validate technical drawings AutoCAD layouts and construction blueprints.
Liaise with design and production teams to clarify queries and ensure site readiness.
Maintain accurate documentation of site activities installation records materials used and
project timelines.
Technical Support & Communication
Provide technical input and recommendations during project meetings and site coordination
discussions.
Resolve on-site challenges and suggest improvements to optimize installation and project
delivery.
Conduct training or briefing sessions for site teams when required to ensure clarity in
execution.
Vendor Coordination & Procurement
Evaluate and negotiate with site vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
and favorable contract terms.
Track material stock consumption and site requisitions; ensure no delays or wastage.
Quality Control & Assurance
Perform regular quality checks throughout the installation process to meet company and
client standards.
Prepare and submit quality reports snag lists and project completion documents.
Ensure zero-defect delivery and high customer satisfaction post-installation.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Technology or related
discipline.
Certification in construction management or project execution is a plus.
Experience:
Experience : 0-8 years
Proven track record of handling multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
Work-ex in facade and fenestration industry/projects would be preferable.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD layouts construction drawings and BOQs.

Strong command over MS Excel site reporting tools and project tracking sheets. Familiarity with installation methodologies and quality standards for doors windows and
façade systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
Strong organizational planning and time-management skills.
Ability to think critically and solve site-related issues efficiently.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel to and manage multiple project sites.
