We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Manager who wants to drive important client accounts and set direction for the commercial agenda and the growth journey of Intellishore within the field of AI and Data Science. You will have a dynamic work week where you will be responsible for business development managing colleagues and driving commercial growth.

Who is Intellishore

Intellishore is a data AI and strategy consultancy founded in 2013 with the idea of providing clients with a seamless combination of strategic and technical expertise. Today we are more than 80 skilled entrepreneurial and passionate employees from many different backgrounds; data engineering economics business marketing and data science. We deliver solutions across the value chain of the Health industry - no project is the same and the energy is high.

What are we looking for in a Senior Manager

We are looking for an experienced leader with the competencies and professional mindset to lead teams large AI strategic & technical client accounts and drive commercial growth. If you can check some or all of the following attributes then you could be the person we are looking for:

• 7 years of experience from leadership roles in consulting the health industry or a combination of both.
• Proven track record of leading complex client engagements and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Experience driving commercial growth including account ownership proposal development and sales leadership
• Strong business understanding and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Outgoing and ambitious personality with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience with people management.
• Technical background in machine learning models large language models and general data science.
