As a core member of our Client Services Private Assets team you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon



Responsibilities

Your Role:

Serve as the Client Service Manager for several strategic client relationships inclusive of fund managers investing in Private Equity Private Credit and Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Private Asset specific expertise and have demonstrated capabilities in managing the administrative function of multiple private equity funds and/or in managing client service relationships associated with alternative asset investment managers and investors.

Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Formulate and implement key client service program.
  • Oversee client service delivery and monitor service provision to agree standards for key clients.
  • Liaise internally with key business areas to ensure awareness of all service offerings and client engagements.
  • Monitor service level profitability resourcing and address negative trends or unprofitable relationships across the business line.
  • Visit clients on periodic basis to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities.
  • Assist in the resolution of complex client issues.
  • Participate in client conference calls.
  • Liaise with clients regarding reporting requirements and deadlines ensuring delivery in an accurate and timely manner.

Business Development

  • You will be actively identifying new areas of growth and pursue opportunities.
  • Participate in business development pitches and presentations to prospective and existing clients. Establish relationships with C-suite and other key contacts to understand their background & track record.
  • Identify and build personal relationships with key decision makers and influencers.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Work as escalation and Complaints Management within the team/ department.
  • Manage train and assist assigned team members in the successful running of the team/ department.
  • Participate in the review of department procedures and policies and supervision of team to ensure adherence to these procedures.

Risk Management & Project Leadership

  • Establish Risk Management Framework and Quality Control Review.
  • Continuous risk assessment of current and potential new funds under administration.
  • Identify issues/concerns and recommend company wide solutions for any/all high risk projects.
  • Manage operational Risk Monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues.
  • Manage project work proactive approach to industry and regulatory changes and the development and promotion within Citco Fund Services.
  • You will be participating in and leading projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor or master level degree or professional designation.
  • 10 years experience in Financial Services preferably with exposure to Product Control Operations or Fund Accounting environments.
  • 5-7 years experience managing staff - Proven Manager.
  • Strong problem solving aptitude.
  • Strong risk knowledge.
  • You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Leadership Strong networking skills Drive for Results.
