This role is pivotal in shaping the commercial success of a diverse medical supplies portfolio that supports everyday healthcare delivery across the UK Ireland and Nordic regions. The successful candidate will lead marketing strategy in alignment with global and regional objectives oversee the full product lifecycle and guide go-to-market activities to strengthen competitiveness. The position involves regular office presence and travel of up to 3040%.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement portfolio strategy aligned with global and regional priorities.
- Manage the full product lifecycle including commercialisation and performance tracking.
- Build market insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape marketing plans.
- Define value propositions and create locally relevant marketing content.
- Support customer engagement and sales excellence through effective tools and training.
About You:- Extensive marketing or product management experience within MedTech.
- Strong influencing skills across complex organisations.
- International exposure and ability to operate in multi-country environments.
- Hands-on proactive approach with strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Experience with tenders and frameworks.
Location: UK-based with travel across UK & Nordics
