Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is looking for a Locum to Perm Hematologist Oncologist to fill their need!
Practice Setting: Inpatient consult service outpatient clinic & infusion center. Cancer Center is attached to the hospital
Call Ratio: 1 in 5
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult Geriatric
Practice Percentage: goal for this position is to be nearly all hematology
Number of Physicians in Practice: 6
Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage: Yes
APPs providing coverage: 5 inpatient (covering 2 hospitals) 6 outpatient
Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 10-15
Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 15
EMR: Epic
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
