This unique opportunity invites you to work in an environment led by expertise supported by talent and guided by compassion.
Assure proficient and compassionate nursing care tailored to specific patients. Delegate tasks to clinical and support staff. Be accountable for leading nursing care for a designated patient group. Collaborate with the Nursing Director and Patient Care Team members to achieve efficient patient outcomes.
RNs work closely with patients to meet their needs and expectations and to ensure care is safe efficient effective and timely. Meet the cultural spiritual and ethnic needs of each patient.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum one year of licensed RN experience (required)
Experience in oncology nursing (preferred)
Strong interest in oncology.
Effective communication and collaboration
Dedication to providing outstanding patient care

Job Summary
Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care assessment of patients clinical decision-making regarding nursing care assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner providing individualized nursing care and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
