Sunday Thursday: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Friday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Sunday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Job Description:
Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking reliable and skilled LPNs or RNs to provide high-quality in-home care for patients. Nurses must have experience in the home health setting and be able to work independently while following care plans.
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
Experience working in a home care or home health agency preferred.
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills.
Job Duties:
Provide skilled nursing care according to the patients plan of care.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor and document patient condition accurately.
Complete clinical notes in their entirety.
Follow infection control and safety protocols in the home.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
