Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join a team. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on serving clients in the farm/agriculture dairy and contractor industries. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented professional with a strong background in marketing and account management ready to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65000 - $75000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee renewals marketing efforts and new business development.
- Handle a book of business with $1.2M in revenue including accounts ranging from $25K to $250K in premium.
- Work on small to mid-market accounts primarily in the farm/agriculture dairy and contractor industries.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or account management preferably with exposure to farm/agriculture and related industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated and proactive (go-getter attitude).
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed.
