Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Workers to provide essential in-home care services to our clients in Chelsea MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities ensuring their comfort safety and well-being in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and transferring
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Monitor clients health status and report any changes to supervisory staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document care provided
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Chelsea MI
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
- Basic knowledge of safety and infection control procedures
