Job Description
Keller Bros Dodge Ram is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Internet Sales Representative to help connect online customers with the right vehicle. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills a customer first mindset and the ability to follow up quickly and effectively on digital leads.
You will play a key role in converting online inquiries into in store appointments while working closely with the sales team to deliver a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to internet leads phone inquiries and chat messages
Build rapport with customers through email phone and text communication
Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership
Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoffs
Follow up on unsold leads and develop long term customer relationships
Meet and exceed dealership goals for appointments and lead conversions
Qualifications
Prior internet or automotive sales experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer and CRM proficiency
Friendly professional and customer focused demeanor
Highly organized and self motivated
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
