Job Opening: Assembly Technician (Floater)
Location: Minden NV
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Pay: $20$25 per hour DOE
Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will support manufacturing operations by assembling parts accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts according to established procedures and specifications
- Learn and apply part names numbers and assembly processes
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain quality standards and follow all safety guidelines
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing assembly environment preferred but not required
- Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs (large valve assembly) and 50 lbs (small valve assembly)
- Ability to push carts weighing up to 1500 lbs
- Comfortable working extended hours in a standing position
- Attention to detail accuracy and flexibility
