As a Credit Administration Associate in the APAC Traditional Credit Product Middle Office you will support new and existing credit facilities ensuring seamless execution and compliance with credit policies. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored lending solutions and maintain high standards of client service. Your role is essential in upholding a robust control environment and facilitating credit monitoring across portfolios. You will contribute to process improvements and participate in regional and global projects. This position offers exposure to complex credit products and the opportunity to build strong professional relationships.

The APAC Traditional Credit Product Middle Office team provides comprehensive support for credit facility management. You will work with advanced systems and processes to ensure accurate limit setup documentation review and data quality. The team values initiative attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will have the opportunity to drive efficiency strengthen controls and support business growth through participation in strategic projects.

Job responsibilities

• Manage new and existing credit facilities for loan transactions across multiple business lines
• Set up limits in credit (iCRD) and loan systems (Loan IQ)
• Review credit proposals to ensure compliance with facility documentation
• Establish effective partnerships with the Credit team and other stakeholders
• Maintain quality measures and data to meet client service standards
• Monitor and adhere to credit policy developments escalating queries as needed
• Own resolve and escalate exceptions manage KPIs and facilitate credit monitoring
• Maintain a robust control environment and follow best practices to prevent control breaches
• Participate in team regional and global projects to drive efficiency and streamline processes
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all credit administration tasks

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in credit administration
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to propose effective solutions
• Initiative to escalate issues to appropriate parties
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to deliver dependable timely and accurate support
