Job Summary
Hiring: Finance Executive - Credits (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Radisson Blu MBD Hotel Noida - Sector 18
Immediate Joiners Only Hotel Experience Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the accounts receivable and credit control operations ensuring timely collection of payments
Monitor and evaluate customer credit limits to reduce financial risk
Collaborate with various hotel departments including sales front office and operations to resolve billing disputes quickly
Prepare detailed reports on receivables and collections performance for senior management
Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable/Credit management within the hospitality sector (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of credit policies accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
Excellent communication leadership and negotiation skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
