Associate Project Manager Mobile Delivery

PAR Punchh is the leading loyalty offers and engagement platform for enterprise restaurants and retailers. Our Mobile Delivery team brings these experiences to life through high-quality mobile app implementations and updates that power millions of customer interactions every day.

We are expanding our team and seeking an energetic detail-oriented Associate Project Manager (APM) to support the delivery of mobile applications for globally recognized brands. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career and looking to grow within a global SaaS organization.

What Were Looking For:

Entrees (Requirements):

• 25 years of experience in project coordination project management or delivery support (preferably in SaaS mobile apps or tech services).

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience with Kantata Jira Confluence or similar project management tools.

• Basic understanding of mobile app delivery lifecycles (iOS/Android) Agile methodologies or software development processes.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Computer Science or related field.

With a side of (additional skills):

• Experience in customer-facing roles.

• Exposure to loyalty ordering or retail technology platforms.

• Familiarity with mobile app release cycles QA workflows or SDK integrations.

• Understanding of project management best practices and frameworks.

• Certifications like CAPM PRINCE2 Scrum Master or SAFe.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Support Senior Project Managers in delivering multiple mobile app projects across loyalty ordering and gift card modules.

• Assist with the full lifecycle delivery of mobile applicationsfrom design to launch and post-go-live stabilization.

• Track project progress risks blockers and action items with clear follow-ups and documentation.

• Manage project schedules maintain sprint-level deliverables and ensure overall progress stays on track.

• Lead project ceremonies and maintain team alignment across time zones.

• Prepare agendas notes and status updates for customer-facing meetings.

• Maintain project documentation in Kantata and Confluence.

• Prepare weekly status reports and KPI tracking on velocity quality and timelines.

• Support implementation of project governance app update processes and AI-enabled tools (FrameGenie QA automation workflows).

• Participate in retrospectives and contribute to process improvements.
