| Job Description: | - Plan direct coordinate and supervise the grounds unit. Develop and implement groundskeeping and landscaping operations plan for all RecSports outdoor recreation spaces. Develop manage and monitor records through daily inspections. Assist in the development and management of the unit budget.
- Recruit train supervise and mentor full-time RecSports grounds staff members and student staff members. Ensure staff is properly trained to perform their jobs according to policies and procedures. Plan and lead staff meetings assign daily tasks approve time and absence requests and set goals and deadlines for the unit.
- Conduct daily inspections coordinate safety audits and collaborate with UF departments to ensure compliance with all university and departmental standards. Provide feedback to supervisor regarding the safety and condition of outdoor facilities and equipment. Immediately document and address all safety concerns.
