Your Role:

Lead and supervise our HVAC service team
Schedule and manage daily service calls
Ensure top-notch customer service and technical performance
Mentor and support technicians
Maintain safety and compliance standards
Report performance metrics and assist in department growth

What Were Looking For:

Proven HVAC experience (5 years preferred)
Leadership or supervisory experience in the field
Strong communication and organizational skills
EPA certification
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
