Job Title: B2B Lead Generation Specialist
Location: NASTP Karachi

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to find decision-makers start meaningful conversations and convert interest into opportunity not just send messages.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads through patforms like LinkedIn Upwork Fiverr outbound tools and partner channels.
Proactively identify and target potential clients based on industry and service relevance.
Create and execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn email and marketplace platforms.
Qualify prospects based on budget need and timeline.
Schedule intro calls or discovery meetings for the business development team.
Continuously test track and improve outreach strategies messaging and targeting.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and insights.
Support in proposal creation and other pre-sales activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT or software services.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outreach.
Familiarity with Upwork Fiverr Clutch or similar agency marketplaces.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated target-oriented and focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
