Job Summary

Position: Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary

Qualifications:

MBA (Finance) or equivalent postgraduate qualification

Strong working knowledge of computers especially MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience:

24 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary or in a similar role

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the MDs calendar appointments and priorities efficiently

Coordinate internal and external meetings prepare agendas and record minutes

Provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to the MD

Track action points deadlines and follow-ups across departments

Handle confidential correspondence and communication on behalf of the MD

Coordinate travel arrangements including ticketing hotel bookings and itineraries

Liaise with senior management clients and external stakeholders

Assist in preparation of presentations reports and briefing notes
