What Youll Do:
- Helpdesk & Ticket Management: Promptly respond to requests open/own tickets monitor and update daily and ensure effective resolution using ticketing systems.
- SLA & Priority Management: Manage request delivery on a first-in first-out basis based on priority ensuring SLAs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Work with in-house and third-party vendors and collaborate with SDMs Project Coordinators and Team Leads to deliver tasks within agreed costs and timelines.
- Project & Team Support: Operate effectively in a project-based environment demonstrating flexibility teamwork and a strong customer-focused approach.
- Documentation & Reporting: Secure and maintain completed Site Visit Reports (Pre and Post) and perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
What Youll Need:
- IT & Technical Support Experience: Proven experience in IT Service Desk and Technical Support with solid understanding of hardware software/applications and networking.
- Communication & Language Skills: Above-average verbal and written communication skills with English proficiency at C1 level.
- SLA & Ticketing Knowledge: Intermediate knowledge of IT SLAs metrics and ticketing tools with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests effectively.
- Work Ethic & Behavioral Skills: Able to work with minimal supervision multitask across multiple projects collaborate with internal and external teams and demonstrate accountability and integrity.
- Work Arrangement Flexibility: Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedules including weekends and Philippine holidays in a 24/7 operational environment.
