Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on FP&A Analyst to build a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast for a staffing and professional services firm.
This role is execution-focused: building a clean structured and well-documented Excel model that will be maintained monthly by our bookkeeper and CFO.
This role is entirely remote (Philippines based only) and will follow the EST time zone.
Responsibilities
- Build a weekly 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
- Model AR collections using aging and assumptions
- Model payroll timing for:
- W-2 employees
- 1099 and Corp-to-Corp consultants
- Paid-as-Paid contractor logic
- W-2 employees
- Incorporate AP recurring expenses and annual subscriptions
- Build base and downside scenarios
- Include minimum cash threshold alerts and credit availability
- Provide documentation and hand-off instructions
Requirements
- 4 years experience in:
- FP&A
- Financial modeling
- Cash flow forecasting
- FP&A
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with:
- AR aging
- Payroll-heavy businesses
- AR aging
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working with US-based stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Staffing consulting or professional services background
- QuickBooks Online familiarity
- Prior experience delivering models for hand-off
