The Campaign Manager is a key operational role focused on the successful execution and delivery of data labeling projects. This role serves as the day-to-day liaison between our internal labeling teams and the clients technical stakeholders ensuring that data is labeled accurately efficiently and on schedule to support Machine Learning (ML) development.
1. Client Coordination and Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams regarding daily campaign updates and operational questions.
Assist in translating client requirements into clear instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the labeling pods.
Participate in regular performance reviews providing updates on project status throughput and basic quality trends.
2. Campaign Monitoring and Quality Support
Monitor the daily performance of assigned labeling campaigns to ensure they meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Review basic operational metrics (e.g. accuracy scores throughput and rework rates) to identify potential bottlenecks or common labeling errors.
Help gather examples of edge cases or ambiguous data to seek clarification from the client.
Conduct spot checks and QA the labeling work being performed.
3. Project Implementation and Resource Support
Assist and support the Campaign Intake Process by gathering necessary documentation and assets for new project requests.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and Gold Sets (training examples) under the guidance of senior leadership.
Assist and coordinate with the staffing team to ensure labeling pods are appropriately supported and that new labelers are onboarded to the specific project requirements.
4. Operational Adherence
Ensure labeling teams are following the established Standard Operating Processes (SOPs).
Maintain strict adherence to Data Security Privacy and Confidentiality protocols for all project data.
Promote and model company CORE values within the project teams.
Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in a related field.
12 years of experience in Operations Quality or a Project Coordination role preferably within a BPO or tech-enabled service environment.
Previous experience in a client-facing role even at an assistant level is highly valued.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional Skills
Project Organization: Ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues in data quality or production speed.
Collaboration: Comfortable working between technical stakeholders and large operational teams.
Technical and Domain Knowledge
General interest in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Sheets for data tracking).
Familiarity with data labeling platforms or content moderation tools is a plus but not required.
