About the Role

We are seeking a Principal Acoustic Systems Engineer to join our fast-paced automotive audio this role you will:

• Lead the design and development of advanced acoustic experiences for automotive environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and tuning strategies.

• Innovate new approaches to audio performance and user experience.

• Apply expertise in DSP acoustics and psychoacoustics to deliver premium sound quality.

• Conduct in-vehicle acoustic measurements and analysis to validate system performance.

About You

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in audio engineering with 5 years focus within the automotive space
• Strong understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) signals and systems and linear systems analysis.
• Expertise in acoustics psychoacoustics and transducer design.
• Experience with in-vehicle acoustic measurements.
• Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink.
• Excellent critical listening and communication skills.
• BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Acoustics Audio Engineering DSP or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of digital/analog circuit design.
• Familiarity with advanced tuning techniques and algorithm development.
