6:00 AM 2:00 PM MondayThursday & Saturday
Position 2:
7:00 AM 3:00 PM TuesdayFriday & Saturday
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Occupational Healthfor an exciting job in Logansport IN.
Key Responsibilities
Provide emergency care stabilization and minor first aid for workplace injuries and illnesses
Deliver nursing care for both occupational and non-occupational health concerns
Conduct post-offer health assessments for new hires
Complete and maintain accurate nursing documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee health records and medical information
Support occupational health and safety initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of occupational health nursing experience
Strong clinical assessment documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a workplace or clinic-based setting
