Powersports Parts Sales Associate

Scranton Powersports Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Powersports Parts Sales Associate to join our team in Vernon Connecticut. This full-time hourly position is ideal for someone who is passionate about powersports and enjoys helping customers find the right parts and accessories to elevate their riding experience. As a key member of our dealership team you will play an important role in driving parts sales supporting service operations and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly professional and knowledgeable approach
Identify explain and recommend parts and accessories for a wide range of powersports vehicles
Upsell complementary and related products to enhance customer value and satisfaction
Accurately process orders invoices and payments using point-of-sale systems
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
Keep the parts department clean efficient and customer-ready
Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Stay current on industry trends new products and manufacturer updates
Collaborate closely with the service department to support repairs and maintenance needs
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior sales experience in the automotive or powersports industry preferred
Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles parts and accessories
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work Saturdays
