Job Summary

To provide personalized and professional service to SPA guests coordinating reservations promoting services and ensuring an exceptional wellness experience aligned with the hotels quality and service standards.



What will I be doing

  • Greet and welcome SPA guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage treatment reservations confirmations modifications and cancellations.
  • Inform and advise guests about SPA treatments packages promotions and products.
  • Coordinate the schedule of therapists and treatment rooms to optimize operations.
  • Promote the sale of treatments and products (upselling and cross-selling).
  • Operate reservation cash register and POS systems.
  • Verify the availability of facilities amenities and equipment.
  • Address comments special requests and complaints providing timely follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with cleanliness presentation and image standards for the area.
  • Assist with basic inventory and supply control.
  • Maintain constant communication with therapists reception and other hotel departments.
  • Comply with hotel and SPA policies procedures and service standards.
