Medication Technician

Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications under nurse supervision
Monitor and record residents vital signs
Assist with ADLs and personal care
Report changes in residents condition
Participate in group activities and care conferences
Support a clean safe environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of required medication training
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work varied shifts
