Position Overview
We are seeking a skilledMaintenance Technicianto ensure the safe efficient and reliable operation of production machinery and facility systems. TheMaintenance Technicianwill perform preventative maintenance troubleshoot equipment issues and support mechanical and electrical repairs in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
Core Responsibilities
Preventative Maintenance
Perform routine inspections lubrication adjustments and cleaning of machine components (ways screws pumps gearboxes)
Monitor equipment for abnormal noise vibration heat or fluid leaks
Cleaning & Containment
Identify and clean areas where machine fluids escape containment
Implement corrective measures to prevent recurring leaks or overspray
Troubleshooting
Diagnosemechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues
Identify root causes and recommend effective solutions
Repairs & Component Replacement
Disassemble machinery to replace pumps seals bearings sensors motors and related components
Test repaired equipment to confirm proper operation
Equipment Installation
Install and alignCNC machines pumps cranes and production equipment
Ensure proper commissioning per manufacturer requirements
Fabrication
Modify or fabricate parts when replacements are unavailable using welding or machining tools
Documentation
Maintain accurate records in theCMMS system
Track and communicate critical spare part needs
Essential Skills
Ability to readblueprints schematics and technical manuals
Strongmechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Proficiency withhand tools power tools micrometers calipers and dial indicators
Working knowledge ofhydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems
