What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $22.50-$25/hr

About the Role

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering the phone promptly and being ready to answer any queries resolve any issues or obtain any necessary information.

• Maintain exceptional working relationships with customers installers vendor partners and other staff

• Ensure all aspects of each project are running smoothly by creating job folders communicating with customers processing sale/contract orders and uploading all contract documentation daily

• Assist the Install manager with scheduling installation dates and service requests ordering all job materials and pulling building permits

Key Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills with an expertise in problem resolution.

• Exceptional multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks.

• Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn other computer programs.
