Do you love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenesand still talking cars Our Nissan service team is looking for an Internal Service Advisor / BDC who knows how to connect the dots between sales technicians and management.
What Youll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound service calls texts and emails
- Schedule service appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Support the service drive by coordinating internal repair orders
- Follow up with sales on maintenance recommendations
- Keep customer information and RO notes clean detailed and up to date
- Be the calm organized voice that keeps the service department on track
What Were Looking For:
- Automotive service or BDC experience (Nissan experience a plus!)
- Strong communication skillsphone text email and in person
- Comfortable working with DMS/CRM systems and computers
- Detail-oriented organized and great at multitasking
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
