DNV is seeking a detail-oriented Engineer to work in our Integrity Solutions and Compliance department. This position will report to our Dublin OH office.

This role is based at our DNV office in Dublin OH. Further details regarding role-specific requirements will be shared during the interview process.

What Youll Do

  • Collaborate professionally with a team of Engineers Consultants ILI Analysts and clients.
  • Conduct data analysis from pipeline operators employing suitable methodologies.
  • Manage projects and tasks.
  • Document findings and deliver clear technical results.
  • Write technical papers and present projects if desired.
  • Attend industry conferences to learn and understand new technologies identify opportunities for projects and develop industry contacts.
  • Respond to requests for proposals by developing a scope of work schedule budget etc.
  • Participate in business development with existing projects and customers to build and maintain relationships.

is Required

  • Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering.
  • Five or more years of experience in the pipeline integrity industry.
  • Ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint.
  • Strong technical writing problem-solving critical thinking and quick learning abilities.
  • Detail-oriented self-motivated hardworking and professional mindset.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Manage fast-paced high-demand environments.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

What is Preferred:

  • Bachelors of Science Degree or higher in Material Science & Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience working with clients/customers.
  • Programming/process automation experience.
  • 2D/3D CAD experience (AutoCAD Solidworks).
  • Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) or boundary element analysis (BEA).
