Job Summary
Mission Brief
Lead the implementation optimization and lifecycle support of Siemens Teamcenter to enable seamless digital continuity across aerospace engineering and manufacturing. Ensure robust integration of product development production and compliance processes driving efficiency traceability and innovation in a regulated high-performance environment.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
System Expertise & Configuration
- Lead the configuration customization and deployment of Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions
- Manage data models workflows BOM structures and change management processes tailored to aerospace requirements
- Ensure integration with CAD (NX) ERP MES and other enterprise systems
Process Optimization & Support
- Analyze and improve PLM-related business processes across engineering manufacturing and quality
- Provide expert-level support to users troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability and performance
- Develop and maintain documentation training materials and user guides
- Work closely with engineering IT program management and external vendors to align PLM capabilities with business needs
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to translate requirements into system solutions
Compliance & Aerospace Standards
- Ensure PLM processes support aerospace industry standards
- Implement robust data governance traceability and audit capabilities within Teamcenter
Project Leadership
- Lead or contribute to PLM-related projects including upgrades migrations and new module implementations
- Mentor junior PLM specialists and support cross-functional training initiatives
Qualification Checklist
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter in a complex manufacturing environment
- Aerospace or other regulated industry experience is strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Teamcenter architecture modules (e.g. Change Management BOM Management Workflow Designer)
- Experience with integrations (CAD ERP MES) and scripting/customization (ITK RAC BMIDE)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in English is essential German language can be beneficial depending on the organizations need
