Job Summary
Summary
Job Family Group Description - Sales:This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description - Retail Excellence & Training:
Ensures all sales activities are conducted to the highest standards and that all staff are sufficiently trained to obtain long-term success and to meet sales targets.
Speciality Description - Product/Retail Training:
Develops employees skills through creating and/or conducting training sessions that may be focused on products or on specific retail/sales skills as appropriate.
Job Description
Experience business and technical skills:
- Bachelors degree.
- Excellence in communication and presentation skills; minimum 5 years or above proven track in training domain
- Good at both training material making & courses facilitation
- Proven track of retail training and/or development in specialty stores or international luxury brand companies most recently at a senior level
- Practical and hands-on experience of China market with a proven track record of effective initiative implementation and the ability to drive business goals via training
- Possess high level of commercial acumen fashion sense self-initiative combined with a drive for results
- Detail-oriented; good team player with proven ability to partner with business leaders and develop tactics to achieve sales and contribution objectives and the efficient use of the resources
- Proven ability in lead in project management
Soft skills:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
