Bamboo Sushi Coming to Bend Oregon Early 2026
Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose. Through our food our service and our spirit we create experiences that inspirerooted in sustainability craft and genuine hospitality.
Were thrilled to be opening our newest location in Bend Oregon in early 2026 and were starting to build the kitchen team that will bring Bamboo Sushi to life in Central Oregon.

What Youll Do
As a Line Cook at Bamboo Sushi youll be immersed in a kitchen where Japanese-inspired techniques meet global flavors. Youll work alongside a collaborative team sharpen your knife skills learn the art of sushi and help create beautifully crafted dishes that reflect our values and standards.
This is an opportunity to:
- Learn and grow in a scratch kitchen focused on quality and technique
- Work across stations including grill sauté fry and prep
- Contribute to a positive respectful BOH culture
- Be part of opening a brand-new restaurant in Bend

What You Bring
- A genuine love for food and hospitality
- Experience in a full-service kitchen (grill sauté fry prep or similar)
- Strong understanding of food safety handling and storage
- A team-first mindset and positive attitude
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new techniques and cuisines
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Interest in Japanese cuisine and beverage culture
Preferred:
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen
