Sound good Were looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist - Performance & Analytics to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team in Stepps.
What youll do
With over 400 supplier frameworks and approximately 1.3b of annual supply chain spend youll help keep our Procurement and Supply Chain team on-track by providing high quality data analysis and interpretation and convert that into insights people can act on even if they dont find quite the same joy in them as you.
Youll always be on the lookout for ways to improve delivery: are we being as efficient as we could be Are we meeting audit requirements Am I becoming known for my restless enthusiasm for doing things better
You will also be all over the teams push to embrace digital efficiency supporting colleagues and finding better ways of working.
What youll bring
Youll bring a positive energy and strategic vision to new ideas getting people on board as you go. You must also share our passion for great data and analysis and delivering great customer service.
With a strong track record in analysing key performance data and metrics you will provide management information to the Procurement Leadership Team and wider Procurement function to ensure effective decision making.
Supporting the team in driving continuous improvement in the way we capture analyse and report information you will help ensure the Procurement & Supply Chain team continues to add significant value to Scottish Water.
You will be familiar with a range of data analysis and reporting tools including PowerBI and be able to quickly pick up and utilise other software tools as required.

The not-so-small print
This role will be a Grade 7. If youre new to Scottish Water youll join us on a starting salary of 44030. Performance-driven pay progression would then allow you to move through the range to a maximum of 55000.

We operate Balanced Hybrid working at Scottish Water and we encourage people to work half their time in a Scottish Water location. This particular role will require weekly attendance at our procurement centre of excellence in Stepps.
