Introduction
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
ISIPINGO DURBAN KWAZULU NATAL
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must reside in Isipingo ESSENTIAL
- Salary on offer:R10 R12K per month (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
- Must be available to start immediately
- Matric
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Well-groomed professional and presentable for role
- Duties include:General maintenance painting electrical maintenance basic carpentry skills building work and general repairs and maintenance to properties
- Own reliable vehicle ESSENTIAL
- Valid Drivers Licence (no endorsements) ESSENTIAL

SALARY ON OFFER: R10 - R12K CTC
