How youll make an impact:

• Resource planning for medium to long term andallocatingbased on the forecast of tenders & projects in collaboration with global organization. Ensuring KPI of the department (e.g. on time delivery Quality productivity) ensuring achieving financial budget.

• Reviewing and approving techno-economic offering by your line in a tender/project assess risk and opportunity.

• Run routine review & follow-up with the project team and other cross-functional teamssupplierand personnel as per HC budget.

• Accountable for the team as per HITACHI Energy Group compliance Integrity Health & process when needed.

• Technical support and contribution. Responsible for personnel assessments / peoples review target setting for the direct reports.

• Identifypeoples development area(s) and implement development competence area and have succession planning.

• Motivate the team to alwaysmaintainhigh energy in units strategic work and develop local strategy.

• Workout future scope expansion and competence operation development for the local organization.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelors degree.

• HaveSubstation ACC&P & SAS and TelecomEngineeringDesign & Operationalwork experiencewith aminimumof 15 years.

• Self-starter caliber whocouldown tasksthrough tocompletion.

• You must have knowledge and skills in Power Systems& Control Protection process structuring & processmanagement.

• Good knowledge of Office tools.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
