Overview:
We are seeking a BusinessContinuitySpecialistto support IPO readiness and strengthen operational resilience across critical businessand technology operations. This role will focus on developing refreshing and implementing businesscontinuityplans (BCPs) for in-scope applications and services managed by TechOps including SaaS platforms that enable HUB businessfunctions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of BCPs for critical TechOps-managed applications and services.
• Conduct discovery and gap analysis of existing BCPs for SOX-relevant applications and assess SaaS partner commitments for availability and recovery.
• Refresh application inventory and continuitydocumentation to inform IT control and risk management decisions.
• Partner with application owners and technical teams to prioritize and close continuitygaps.
• Perform businessimpact analyses to evaluate risks associated with application downtime and develop mitigation strategies aligned with organizational risk tolerance.
• Support alignment with IPO-readiness standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in businesscontinuityplanning risk management and IT controls.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and technology operations in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting IPO or other high-compliance readiness initiatives is a plus.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in operational resilience continuityenablement or IT governance.
• Understanding of SOX compliance and enterprise risk frameworks.
