Job Summary

Location(s): Prince William County Schools in Woodbridge/Dumfries Haymarket Gainesville Bristow and Manassas

Pay: $14.00

Hours: No weekends! Part-time (mornings and/or afternoons)! The before-school hours are from 6:00 to 9:15 AM and the after-school hours are from 3:00 to 6:30 PM.

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader Assistant youll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn grow and thrive.

Were looking for someone who:

Enjoys working with children in a structured high-energy environment
Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
Is flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed

In this role you will:

Assist with daily curriculum activities (World Languages STEAM Fitness Maker and Arts) while encouraging positive peer interactions
Make child safety the top priority at all times
Keep the space clean and organized
Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
Build strong relationships with teammates kids families and school staff

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in a setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
$14.00/hour and no experience necessary!
