Job Summary

At Copain we bring together the comfort of a neighborhood café with thecraft of a true boulangerie now expanding into full-service dining at our newBallantyne location. By day guests will find hand-crafted pastries naturallyleavened breads and artisan coffee while in the evening the restauranttransforms into a full-service dining experience. Our approach to food isingredient driven seasonal and rooted in honest cooking designed tohighlight quality and care in every dish.

We are hiring Hosts to join our openingteam at Copain this role you will welcome and seat guestsmanage reservations and waitlists answer phones and assist with keeping theentrance and host stand organized. You will work closely with the managementteam to ensure every guest has a warm and seamless experience.

What Youll Do

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  • Assist with reservations and waitlists using OpenTable
  • Seat guests and communicate with the service team to maintain smooth flow ofservice
  • Answer phones and assist with inquiries reservations and takeout orders
  • Keep the host stand entrance and waiting areas clean and organized
  • Support opening and closing procedures and complete additional tasks asassigned by management

What Youll Bring

  • Experience in a guest-facing role preferably in a restaurant setting withfamiliarity in OpenTable a plus
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • A warm welcoming personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Reliability teamwork and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
