A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LABORATORY ASSISTANT

As a Laboratory Assistant you are involved in several aspects of patient care including specimen processing ordering inspection and proper placement of samples. You will help create a healing environment by triaging patient and provider calls creating patient account and performing basic tests. You will help with supply chain management. Your time will be split performing laboratory processing and picking up samples as a courier.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or higher
• Customer service (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• 18 years of age and able to provide your own vehicle if necessary
• Clean driving record

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time Laboratory Assistant position typically works 4 10-hour shifts per week Monday-Friday
