Inviting applications for the role of Vice President Insurance Analytics
In this role you will be leading delivery of Europe and London engagements building solutions supporting Banking and Capital Market units pre-sales activities from delivery perspective. You will collaborate closely with Delivery teams Service Lines and Sales for solution design client discussions and solution delivery.
This role requires a strong background in Technology and Delivery with excellent leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery for all client engagements in the region across application services infrastructure digital cloud data and managed services.
Ensure consistent delivery excellence SLA compliance quality standards and risk management across accounts.
Establish and enforce delivery governance escalation management and continuous improvement frameworks.
Build strong C-level relationships with client stakeholders ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Partner with Sales Account Management and Pre-Sales teams to support new deals renewals and expansions.
Lead executive-level client reviews steering committees and transformation discussions.
Own regional delivery P&L including revenue margins utilization and cost optimization.
Drive productivity improvements automation and right-shoring/near-shoring strategies.
Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and commercial governance.
Lead mentor and develop senior delivery leaders program managers and delivery managers across the region.
Drive talent strategy including hiring capability development succession planning and retention.
Drive adoption of new delivery models agile/DevOps practices AI-led delivery and automation.
Support deal pricing solution shaping and transition planning from sales to delivery.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field;
experience in IT services delivery consulting or systems integration.
senior leadership roles managing regional or global delivery portfolios.
Experience delivering services across multiple European countries.
Good hands-on exposure in technology delivery (Java/Microsoft stack DevOps Cloud Data Digital AI)
Prior experience working with global clients in Banking and Capital Markets
Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams and managing onshore and offshore teams.
Experience in IT service delivery and client engagement with a strong focus on managing large-scale projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent presentation skills to be in front of C-Level and present credibly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process and automation improvements.
Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to overall growth of the region strategy.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong leadership experience in large-scale IT services delivery.
Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience with agile cloud digital transformation and managed services delivery.
Ability to operate in a matrixed multicultural and geographically distributed environment.
Deep understanding of global delivery models (onshore nearshore offshore).
Proven ability to manage complex programs and multi-million-dollar portfolios.
